Our UPSTATE New York Sales Team has a new addition! Nick Cieszynski has joined C.C.Pierce Company, Inc., as Business Development Manager.
Nick grew up in Latham NY. He earned an Associate’s degree from Hudson Valley Community College in Business Administration/Management.
For the last 8 years he has worked at the Distributor level in a variety of positions – Warehouse, Counter Sales, and Inside Sales. This has enabled Nick to develop and establish many Industry relationships. He has also gained a diversified understanding of what is needed to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. These skills are invaluable in our efforts of bringing outstanding service to the UPSTATE New York territory.
Nick resides in the Albany area with his wife and 2 children – an 8 year old son, and a daughter who is almost 3. In the summer, the family enjoys time in the pool. Other post work interests include playing golf, or basketball.

We are very pleased to announce that Alex Junda, has joined C.C.Pierce Company, Inc. as Vice President – Business Development.
Many of you have already had the opportunity to speak to Alex or meet him in person. We would like to give you some more insight about him and his background.
For over a decade, beginning with his career at Fastenal, Alex has developed his Sales and Management skills in the Industrial Supply Market. During the past five years, he worked for Ledvance, selling Sylvania lighting products, where he eventually moved into the role of Regional Sales Manager. These building blocks, combined with the support of our excellent and seasoned crew, are the perfect foundation for his new position with C.C.Pierce – developing new business.
On the personal side, Alex attended St. Lawrence University, majoring in Psychology. While there, he played on the men’s Lacrosse team.
Alex is an avid Boston sports fan. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, repairing the oddities in their 1880’s home, and spending time with family scattered throughout New England and Upstate New York.
He and his fiancé are happy residents of eastern Massachusetts, sharing their home with a 140 lb Leonberger.

Jason’s knowledge of the Electrical Industry started when he was a teenager, working summers in a warehouse. He then attended Community College majoring in Radiological Science. After college, Jason returned to Electrical Distribution thinking it would just be transitional employment. Instead, he stayed and continued to grow his career to head of Counter Sales. The ability to interact with customers and to experience the evolution of the Industry was his motivation. Now after 14 years of working for a distributor, he brings this well developed expertise to C.C.Pierce.
This new opportunity gives Jason a change of pace, and the ability to spend more time with his family. With his wife, and 2 children, a 5 year old daughter, and seven month old son, this Tug Hill area native enjoys road trips in their 2004 converted school bus. Hiking, kayaking, and exploring the majestic outdoors are passions for the Bianco family. Jason and his wife dream of living in a mountain cabin, hiking the peaks as they grow old. Of course, that would be a cabin with high speed internet so that he could continue providing our customers with exceptional service!
