Join us in welcoming Tom Poormon to C.C.Pierce’s Upstate New York Outside Sales team! Tom’s primary focus will be the Central, Southern, and Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY.

Tom graduated from Keuka College with a degree in Business Communications. He started his career in the Electrical Industry with a position in the lighting sector for two years. He then transitioned to a company specializing in wire, where for over 11 years, he further honed his electrical knowledge and market familiarity. He now joins C.C.Pierce bringing his enthusiasm and expertise to service our customers in the Upstate area and work with them to develop new sales opportunities.

Tom has been married to his wife Katie for 15 years and they have three sons, ages 14,12, and 8. A true outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting and playing sports with his three boys.

Adding to his busy schedule, Tom is a high school basketball coach. He has also passed on his passion for sports by coaching both youth basketball and baseball.

Congratulations to Jason Bianco on his promotion to Vice President Business Development – Upstate New York! Since joining C.C.Pierce in September 2021, Jason has been an integral part of the success of growing the Upstate New York territory. For over 20 years he has developed his electrical industry knowledge in a variety of roles, most recently providing dedicated Inside Sales support and coordinating opportunities with our Upstate New York team. As a native of the Tug Hill, NY area, Jason is very familiar with the Upstate NY territory. He and his wife are the proud parents of a daughter and a son, who keep them very busy. The Bianco family explores the great outdoors in their 2004 converted school bus.

Nick Cieszynski photo2Our UPSTATE New York Sales Team has a new addition! Nick Cieszynski has joined C.C.Pierce Company, Inc., as Business Development Manager.

Nick grew up in Latham NY. He earned an Associate’s degree from Hudson Valley Community College in Business Administration/Management.

For the last 8 years he has worked at the Distributor level in a variety of positions – Warehouse, Counter Sales, and Inside Sales. This has enabled Nick to develop and establish many Industry relationships. He has also gained a diversified understanding of what is needed to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. These skills are invaluable in our efforts of bringing outstanding service to the UPSTATE New York territory.

Nick resides in the Albany area with his wife and 2 children – an 8 year old son, and a daughter who is almost 3. In the summer, the family enjoys time in the pool. Other post work interests include playing golf, or basketball.
